I met with their estimator Erick and he was very knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell me by making promises he couldn't keep. Their pricing was right in the middle, but their work was "Top Rated". The color we originally selected looked brighter on the house than what we wanted which completely stressed us out, but Erick worked closely with us and got us a contact and support at the Sherman Williams store. He adjusted his crew members so they were productive and available when we were ready. After it was mostly completed, some touch up work needed to be done, I gave him full payment with his promise that the crew would come back within the next couple days. I was worried I might be kicking myself because I gave him all the money and most companies I found take the money and run; making excuses on why they haven't finished the work once they are paid, not Top Rated Paining, they were back within 2 business days touching up.
